Wolfe Creek (good one TJ).

Also Bearpen and Bobcat. Pico and Burke. Mt Abram Maine.

This is just a placeholder, I'll be back.

Monarch is sure a gem. Thought of you Harv, the day we were there. We stayed in Fairplay, the elevation was about 10,000 ft. Had a bad headache first day there. After that all good. Last day at Breck, Instagram suggested an Oxygen bar, too late maybe I will hit it next time.

I skied the east 1966-96 and regret not getting Smugglers , Cannon , Saddleback , Mont Massif and those elusive Chic Chocs. There are a bunch of NELSAP hills I did get to enjoy , so I got that going for me.

Welcome 2000. Would love to see your list:

Cain.

That side country looks gnarly—almost cartoonish with the snow clinging to those rock formations. Looks like a gem of a place!

5.5 hours from Vancouver and 8.5 from Seattle on dry roads (according to Google Maps). Given the alternate closer opportunities in British Columbia, I see why only the truly motivated go there.
Indeed. Challenging access is often what makes some places so special though. It may be, in part their greatest attribute.

I really want to go there. It seems like a funky and unique ski experience.
