Cute little house, with 20 acres of land to hike, ride around on an atv, and shoot. 1 hour drive from NYC.

May be literally impossible but its ma dream.

It is like people moving out of NYC to NJ always wanting a 45 min commute and good schools plus a house on a 1/2 acre for $350k.

It's not that far back in time here. It's only a half acre and 5 years off. Like 5 years ago you could have that here without the land.

For me that's not the dream, but hey.

NYC is not part of my dream. Too rat race.

I walked to work for 30 years, now I have an 8 mile drive. That's dreamy.

I like having some real distance between work and play. I don't think 45 minutes would be enough for me to decompress from city mentality to a more country state of mind.
