Day 3 Shamrock Hills Gobles Mi wed 2/21/24 57deg $20 ea(18 cart) island green View attachment 23672
Windy warm and packed
A friend & his wife went to Camillus GC where they are members when it was warm a bit ago. Couldn’t get on cause the place was packed.
His son has put in a basement indoor golf thingy🍺 though.
They’re both real good golfers. My swing speed sucks but it goes straight.

Song was scheduled to be open today & tomorrow but announced it wasn’t gonna spin the lifts either day. However the golf course opened this morning to start the new year. Timing is everything in golf.

Greenskeeper told me the course came through the winter great and were letting carts out. Thought about hitting the ceremonial 1st tee shot (there’s always a golf club & balls in the car) but twas too cold and twasn’t loosened up.
Let the games begin.

Course looks to be greened up nicely, eight rounds in here thru March. Killer start to season, skiing not so much
2 weeks til Masters!

Day 10 in the books, golfnow/ TeeOff keeping things affordable. ($42 for 3 on Sat) Nothing better than a tasty $8
