Nope. The town needs affordable housing, which ORDA keeps kicking the can down the road...

Saddleback built employee housing dorms as have many other areas in the NE and out West, but ORDA ignores the problem

I bought a snickers out of a vending machine last year at Joe Minder Lodge after skiing Raymond Brook.

Unfortunately, It's a joke that they want spend the money on a project of that scope at the ski bowl, but as others have mentioned, when orda wants to spend money in your town, you don't say no...as the town board from many eras has always wilted to the big brother pressure.

...It looks like a new terminal at LaGuardia! Fucking ugly like the MVH lodge. At least have it look like the WF midstation.

The saddle lodge at Gore is nice inside. Whoever built the chairs did a good job.

... I'm just saying why can't they at least serve something at the present lodge beside a load of BS about the new shiny toy.

Here we go again with the old "build a hundred condos, and the public will come" pipe dream that destroyed many ski areas in the NE twenty to thirty years ago, except now taxpayer money will be used to support the dumb.

If the demand existed, it would have happened decades ago. It doesnt.
