One time I was at the local gas station and saw an elderly lady just staring at the pump for a minute trying to read what to do.
I showed her.
She said her husband had recently passed away and had always filled the car.
I then recognized her as a sister of our next door neighbor.
Twas my good deed for the day...

In New Jersey yer not allowed to gas yer car. There’s rules.

Thanks for the advice all. Yes AFAIK it was properly installed with a 60 AMP circuit. I've read different things but it does make intuitive sense that charging at a slower rate decreases heat loss and battery wear.


Just how much may be negligible though.

Now that I have the Wall Charger and it doesn't take an hour a percentage point, I decreased the max charge to 70 and will keep it between 35 and 70 ish.

Yo, please let’s keep this positive. I appreciate the anti-ev’rs being pretty respectful.

YouTube and humans tell me that electric is less good at towing (or rather they tow better but it impacts range more than say a diesel ).

Idk myself.
