You can buy a nice tiny house for that, complete with bathroom, kitchen, plumbing and electric. Maybe Hochul could assign ORDA to deal with NYS’s housing shortage that she was just speechifying about.

Does that include drive train refurbishing? Without those gear and bearing things those new cars might not be going anywhere. Like putting new fuzzy dice in the old winter beater.

I'm thinking, yes.
Maybe some folks on the BOD will ask questions before they vote to approve the resolution for the new cabins at their next meeting.
Agenda has a resolution for lodge renovation at Belle too.
