Anybody remember the countdown that Gunner started years ago at the bottom of the north quad? It reappeared at the bottom of the Hudson today. Nostalgia!

Did the snow make a big difference? Did Platty today instead, which was worth it, but curious how much things improved.

Was surprisingly good. First time in Kilkare glades for me. Darkside had some great snow. Was cold in morning and trails at the bottom were not great but warmed up in the afternoon. My last run was twister and it was pretty good by the end of the day. There is lots of snow, Spring skiing should be good.

Think I'm heading up tomorrow as I'm coming down with a bad case of corn flu and only place I can get a prescription is at the Gore pharmacy.

Looks like with the sun and high temps in the 40s it should be a good one and worth burning a day off.

Top Ten Day today....yeah I probably have a dozen or so...but the unexpected spring powder day. My third lift ride I did with a patroller (Cork, think you me and Rachel in Dec) snowboarder. He said he just opened Twister Glade but make sure you return to twister because BR was closed. Exhibit A is my second time down, only pics I took. He exited via Echo and it was incredible. Cork thanks for the Rumor intel too. I forgot my poles so never made it to the dark side,
