Gore usually puts out their snow report around 4-5pm the prior day. So you should have a good feel for what will be open this weekend by 5 on Thursday. Their reports do tend to be a bit optimistic and, as always, assume Echo is closed for racing/training.can you let me know what you think roughly will be open this weekend in terms of pods
Yup. One day every three years that 800 feet makes a big difference. In this instance it was nice to have a redesigned, reliable lift as a back up route to the summit for sure. It didn't appear that the increase in capacity was much of a factor as most chairs went up with less than four people. After the initial surge to get to the summit, there were few people riding the High Peaks chair.
Pretty sure the gondola is down more frequently than that. One day every three years that 800 feet makes a big difference.
It doesn’t matter if the gondola goes down but it’s better when the straightbrook is out.Pretty sure the gondola is down more frequently than that.
The Upper Mt softened up nicely today and Rumor was sweet!
The lower Mt is turning to slush with warm temps and next week is going to be shit show if it's busy.
Ok kiddos, not good news. Snowmaking is done this Friday. 46R is still not close and the temps over the next few days aren't ideal to say the least.
So...imo the Fuck YOU Games have done their best to bullshit you into believing that the games would be an economic windfall
Think postive Dom, we can overcome the doom!!Cork if you in your positive self are writing this, we may be doomed…
