• People often accuse me of exaggerating how much snow I had to shovel during my years growing up in CNY (see table below). They confirm my claims.
• Look at that stretch from 1922 to 1944: comparatively paltry. Is it possible that they weren't measuring accurately back then?

The zeros seem like incomplete data. Anyway I believe the low snow years in the 20s and 30s were typically very cold. Not warm like now.

When they were moving building. Three years worth of data got thrown out so they just filled it in with zeros.

I'd say anything is possible? But, even then, they had rulers and knew how to use them, right?
