The other Cloudspin.
I poached it from the second Paron's entrance, and it actually skied better than Empire which was open. Should've been open. I continued down Niagara and Victoria, and as I was coming down Victoria Shoot, my stomach dropped as I saw two patrollers come out of the shack near the bottom of the lift towards the trail. I guess they were there to catch someone else because I just went right on by.
Paron's to Victoria was run of the day. Worth a three-peat. Worst was probably Essex.
They're doing an incredible job building base for spring. Paron's, Victoria, Upper Valley, and Lower Valley all have massive whales. Skyward and Wilmington are totally buried too. Seems they want to stretch things to the very end up April again.
A few more pictures:
Today's hat trick is that they're making snow on Upper and Lower MacKenzie. Better late than never I guess.
I'm about to take my last run on the gondola. Still have a couple more runs to take on Facelift. Other than the random trail closures, there really wasn't anything bad about today. In fact, nearly every run I took was excellent.
P.S. there were plenty of seats at mid at 11, and there was also a Grillman sighting.
