Utah Conditions

I gave up on any good skiing in the east for now, so I'm flying out to Utah on Friday. Planning for 4 ski days, likely 2 at Snowbird and 1 each at Solitude and Brighton. When I get out there, I'll post about the conditions here.

My friend was there this past weekend at Snowbird and Solitude. While the parking lots filled up at both resorts, lift lines weren't that bad.

I know how openings for advanced/expert terrain goes at Alta better than Snowbird, Brighton, or Solitude after a big storm. Looks like all the challenging stuff such as the High T and the Supreme Bowl at Alta is expected to open on Tue morning, 06Dec. In that case, some local powder hounds didn't bother to drive up LCC last weekend.

The next storm is suppose to dump a foot or more on Friday Sat-Sun, Dec. 10-11. Could be Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday before some steeper terrain is opened up by ski patrol.

All 3. I figured I might as well take advantage of it. It is forecasted to snow at least a foot while I'm out there.
