After a misunderstanding over where to post about this trip, I decided to keep it here and resume where I left off.
The first and second days of my trip were amazing, but they don't even compare to the third and fourth days.
I spent the 3rd day at Brighton. I was actually going to skip it for another day at Snowbird, but since the road up LCC was closed, decided to go to Brighton after all.
It was an amazing day with 14 inches of fresh powder and almost the entire mountain open.
While Brighton is smaller than the other Cottonwoods resorts, one should not let that dissuade them from going. With a nearly endless combination of lines to choose from, you never get bored. I kept finding lightly tracked lines the whole day.
The Great Western pod has the longest runs, and a mix of open bowl terrain and normal trails. To looker's right is Snake Creek, which has some trails, but I noted for being the best tree skiing I did during my trip. The Crest Express is the next lift over, and while primarily an out of base lift, has some good trails that shouldn't be overlooked. Lastly, there's the Milly Express, which while being the shortest of their high speed quads, serves mostly open bowl terrain with a lot of fun lines to choose from.
Brighton also has night skiing, and I lasted until around 7pm, giving me a 10 hour ski day.
