The Whole SKI3 Frequent Skier Card Thing

I loaded two ski days on my wife’s frequent ski card and no problems. When I looked 1/15 was available, but not available without FSC.

Has she used her first day yet? Can ya load em without using your first day?

I haven’t had any problems loading them online - the issue has been they then get rejected at the rfid gate when I show up. I have to go see guest services and Cindy fixes it, but it hasn’t worked once. After four fails, last weekend I just visited Cindy on my way in - It was 8am so no line and she fixed it for me pre-emptively - clearly I would have been rejected at the gate again. This weekend I will be at WF and will probably just go to the counter ahead there too.

and yes my cards have been replaced - twice!

I loaded her first paid day before she used her first day. I loaded the second paid day after the free day. No problems at the lift gate for any of the days.

Mine makes a strange sound..waits..then opens the gate at Gore. End of the day it doesn't work?
 
Used our FSC first days at WF this weekend, no issues. Allowing me to reload days if I want, with availability pretty open.
 
I tried to get my wife’s free sixth day earlier this week. No luck. I got transferred to guest services exact time I called. They never picked up or returned my call. So I paid for the ticket.
I tried again today and at least someone said they would make sure guest services fixed the problem. As we are skiing tomorrow I had to buy the ticket again.
certainly not a good customer experience but at least we are skiing.

Bought my wife the card..first free one and second one she bailed..so Im out 119 for the card and 80 bux for the ticket...not doing that again next year...

Cindy has been a huge help on getting me my free days - we have earned three days on our cards so far and I got one automatically and emailed her for the other two:
