Song Conditions

Got to Song a tad after high noon and skied till 330.
<35F at the end and the sun worked it’s magic with bluebird skies & fast corn.
Friends got there earlier and said it was firmer early.
Best to me were Bali and Chopsticks.
Good Friday should be a good Friday.
A couple dirt spots but easily avoided and some grey patches where it’s flatter but those were even softening.
A fun spring skiing day.
Song had ~inch of new overnight too.

Song’s reporting their opening day is Friday.
Gun-shy (bunny) area.
It’s almost against my beliefs to try my new skis on the bunny hill on opening day but could use the practice getting my stuff & ski legs together.
Sometimes practicing short par 3s are good for yer game but I won't wait in line to hit balls.

Lab’s TBD. They’ll open top to bottom 1st from the looks of what they’re blowing and the forecast.

It’s almost against my beliefs to try my new skis on the bunny hill on opening day but could use the practice getting my stuff & ski legs together.
Sometimes practicing short par 3s are good for yer game but I won't wait in line to hit balls.

I practice putting much more than banging balls.
Shots into the backyard paw patrol kiddy pool is time well spent.
Tusk is closer and ya don’t have to put on as much stuff to putt.
Putting on and off all the ski stuff is the most PIA part of skiing for me.
Skiing is EZ compared to walking with all yer ski stuff.
It’s the only time I fell last year.

Oh hell yas ,I totally agree. Getting up driving 75 minutes, schlepping shit across frozen lots is a major PIA .I got me one of them wheeled boot m other chit bags and it's still a pain
