This is a problem. Without a dealership body one has to deal directly with the manufacturer, and believe me, some manufacturers aren't shy about giving people the cold shoulder. At least with a dealership, if an issue is valid (not saying TJ's isn't), it's helpful to have someone in your corner.I assume you’ve talked to Rivian about this.
