My trucks battery is defective and they won't make good on it.Up to Belle - 146 miles 58 percent on 58 percent. Equal to 276 miles of range. With 2000 foot elevation gain.
Wow, WTF?My trucks battery is defective and they won't make good on it.
It's testing normal. What's their reasoning? Are you still under warranty?
Yep, that's a classic oneIt's testing normal.
I assume you’ve talked to Rivian about this. What is their explanation? Do they claim you’re doing something wrong? It's testing normal.
Maybe I missed it, but what is the issue? 230 range that you mentioned? How large is your battery? Do you have a heat pump? My VW without a heat pump has pretty mediocre winter range if I do highway driving/fast accelerations...It's testing normal.
His car is basically the same as mine. In fairly cold weather driving uphill I got about epa rating but in normal use he is getting well below epa. They are telling him it is testing normal.Maybe I missed it, but what is the issue? 230 range that you mentioned? How large is your battery? Do you have a heat pump?
