Funny, the EV was by far the cheapest option of the mid size crossovers I looked at.

Cheapest means zero when it comes to depreciation in cars.

Only car that I ever traded in was the dieselgate VW. Got a decent trade, too. Everything else, I've driven till the wheels fell off.

Carbon credits got the world this far in the ev transition. I'm ok with it.

Carbon credit indulgences haven't done much to lower CO2.
