No but it is a massive block for an individual - 12.8 percent. Vanguard and VGD index funds own about the same but last i checked they don't really actively vote.

Well, he is saavy. Perhaps he is using this as leverage over the NACS conversions/increase pricing? IDK.
So weird in the short term this makes Electrify Amercia seem logical.

For Tesla it's terrible, and for EVs short term it's bad too. But in the long run maybe this will convince others to get into the market so all (reliable) charging isn't a monopoly

Randomly I just started reading the Isaacson bio of musk.
Just finished the worlds as I see them by fei-fei li anyone is looking for a combo memoir/primer on AI. Good read.
Dr. Li emigrated as a child to New Jersey after Tianamem, lived on the margins of society, got a scholarship to Princeton, then a PhD in neuroscience and computer science and then became a pioneer in modern AI.
