Vail Resorts will never sell Hunter. They've yet to sell a single resort. The location is excellent, and they probably know that it's a cash cow, no matter how poorly they run it, so they have no incentive to do anything more than the bare minimum.

This is the reality of the corporate ski conglomerate model. Over 1 billion served baby and they always....F you at the drive through!

Was bummed this weekend to note that Empire Glade is now treeless Empire Trail. They really needed another 50 yards of intermediate trail more than one of their few bits of glade terrain?

Checked out the lower part of Clair’s. It was skiable as long as you kept your speed. The trails get skied up faster and faster.
