True, but by the time you turn snow bird you are 3/4 dead and probably not skiing as much. Even when you do you are probably better flying west for soft snow! Isn’t travel hopefully part of retirement? That said, in retirement I could see going down for a month, give it take, but not much more. Not unless I get back into golf!

My wife said we can Airbnb out west for 3 weeks or a month. I wouldn’t mind a month in Tahoe

I'm happy to report that they have been disappearing around here. It's rare that you see one which is a very welcome change. That said, a dude 3 houses down from mine has one hanging from his clothes line --- that's no shit. Sad, very sad. :(
