Bump.
I listened to this last weekend and it was indeed super interesting. I had never even heard of Hickory outside of this thread, let alone been there. The model is basically a poor(er) man's Hermitage Ski Club so I'll never get to ski it, but I do wish them luck.Podcast #69: Hickory Ski Center, New York Shareholders Corporation President David Cronheim

Was anyone in the office? Do you have a license? What route did you come down? What was the depth of snow?Skinned up on Sat afternoon lots of tracks but tons of untouched fresh. They have "groomed" a few areas with the old heavy concrete wheel. Didn't see another person, cant wait for the next refresh.
No one was around, I purchased a license a while back but I sent Sue an email giving her a heads up I was heading up she just asked I sign in and out. I went up and down Snowshoe to ridge run, I wanted to stay on the mellow stuff cause I didnt want any core shots. Depth was prob 5-8 inches, lots of sticks still showing through but no dirt. Only photo I took the whole timeWas anyone in the office? Do you have a license? What route did you come down? What was the depth of snow?
Where do you do this?sign in and out.
