Football

A crazy true story about Albany football is I got a letter from their football coach trying to recruit me to play football there. The last time I had played organized team football prior to the letter was junior high & I only ever played fifth quarter (for all the kids who didn’t get to play in the real game) Ran cross country every year afterwards and we did well. The Albany coach must’ve got me mixed up with my older brother who was a year older and played football, offense-defense and ran back kicks. His team won the league championship and he made all county.
After running we used to go over and kick field goals after we ran our cross-country practice and watch em duel it out practicing football in the mud.
Never replied to the letter. Coulda been a contender.

Nah, we still stink.

This is just fun to watch
