He sounds pissed and I don’t blame him. He has a legit point that they should have rolled this out when the season passes first went on sale. Doing it now is grimy.

If it wasn't one thing it would be another. He skis for five dollars per day. It's really not a huge deal. I don't think they sat around and thought let's sell all the season passes and then roll this out.
Why does this really bother people?

Unfortunately i remember a case of PBR's was under $10. Fuck I'm old.

That was when we all knew it was shit beer. Now for some reason people like it. I think I pay less for Budweiser.

Folks in the PacNW are not happy with Powdr adding Fast Tracks to Bachelor. Supposed to cover essentially all but the beginner lifts.

At the very beginning of NYSB, I felt the same way about paid parking at Gore. Now it seems quaint.

One big difference is the quality of product that you are waiting for. Snow is getting scraped down, powder is getting tracked out, light is getting flatter, etc.

That's what I like best about a quick lake effect blast hardly anybody saw coming.
Quick 6” of fluffy pow and then back to bluebird skies with not many folks around. Doesn’t matter what time of day.
It’s usually cold and windy but somebody gotta do it.

I will be encouraging people to throw snowballs at anyone who uses the line.

I dont mind the fast pass idea but they should not have a separate line. They should just have to declare, "I have than more money than all of you" and be allowed to pass through. If they can make it through the line, they get to go up.

Skiing is already expensive. If you are one guy and it’s one day maybe an extra $50 isn’t a big deal. If you are there for multiple days or you are with your family that could really add up. Not everyone can afford that. Those passes are not only expensive but they are also limited, so no, not everyone can buy one. While some people get on quicker others must now wait longer. No one likes waiting in lines and no one likes a snake. Never have never will.
