Enjoy this Thread Responsibly

Opened a bottle of Wild Turkey Rye 101 yesterday. Happy to report that it’s as good as I remember. Great rye for people that mainly drink bourbon or scotch- less cereal’y then a lot of ryes. Well balanced
 
Man I miss this thread. Got into tasting bourbons with a good friend these last few months. Whistle Pig 10 year, Springbrook Hollow (local), Larceny, Angels Envy, Knob Creek 9 year, Buffalo Trace to name a few. He favors the Angels Envy, while I so far prefer the Knob Creek. We have a bottle of Eagle Rare up next, was recommended to him.
 
Had some Jefferson's Ocean last week, barrel aged on a ship to shwish it around. Gimmick or gold, it was smooth!
 
Kelt cognac does the same thing (or used to at least) and call it the “tour du Monde”. I like the Jeffersons better though.
