Was at Belleayre two weeks ago, was ABSOLUTELY fabulous!!! Trails great, snow great, instructor great!

Catamount was kinda icy yesterday, how was Belleayre?

Remarkably nice! Some of the mogul runs had a bit of ice but packed powder and corduroy everywhere else. They're basically 100% open. No lines anywhere.

Hey guys - now that Cathedral brook (top) is off the map, do they leave a rope up, or is it just like anything else, they open it when they open it?

Roped, sign is gone too if I'm remembering correctly.

The sign is gone. The groomer turned around in front of the lean-to.

Wait, they groomed a trail that's no longer on the map? It's hard to see that as anything other than an invitation.

Got some intel from an employee. It is not patrolled and there is a rumor they took it off the map to get the acreage to put in goat path. As I think folks know, the on piste is limited in the NYS Constitution for Gore Belle and WF. Belle was hitting their limit so the swap.

I do not know how reliable this information but it sounds reasonable.
