This looks like late '60s gear. The Head skis look very similar to the Head 360s, the first skis with embedded edges (as opposed to edges that screwed into the base). The 360s were introduced in 1967, I think. The poles are Scott, I think, probably about the same vintage. You could ask E.A.C.; that looks like anti-theft engraving. The red skis may be solid wood
Everything looks in good shape, i.e. the safety straps and rubber on the baskets. I don't think those bindings were ever very common. There may have been a plate attachment that was fitted on the boot, but I'm not sure on that. The safety straps there look like they may be an add-on afterward.
For the ones on the left, I recommend NOT telling people you "have a pair of STDs."
