Diggins kicks off the season with a win in the 20k freestyle. Ruka, Finland, by the balmy Arctic Circle. Picking up right where she left off.

After 340 World Cup starts, Diggins wins her first ever classic technique race. Two Tour de Ski stages, 2 wins. THAT's what I'm talking about.
 
Today in St Anton, Lauren Macuga won the Super-G for her first win by a large margin of .68sec. Lindsey Vonn, starting #31, finished 4th. There were so many naysayers criticizing Vonn and she just dropped a 6th in the DH yesterday and a 4th in the Super G today. It is only a matter of time until she wins a race. Amazing.
 
The ladies had speed ⛷️ SG & DH races on the Cortina race track this weekend.

Goggia & Brignone each won.
The Italian women’s English is better to listen to than the brit announcers English.

Hard to beat them on home snow.
Next year’s The Olympics.
