Allowing retroactive “fixing" government agencies screw ups that’ll be funded by taxpayers for unknown property at an unknown price might just be something somebody would vote against.One NYC voter that I know voted against it because they said it sets a bad precedent for retroactive voting.
Is it nuttier than the 18th & 21st US constitutional amendments on booze?
Had one to outlaw followed by a chaser to repeal.
