ORDA's Biggest Mistakes

It's unbelievable that, in an organization as large and labor intensive as ORDA, you can get to the level of manager or even VP without having even a rudimentary knowledge of the rules and tactics for dealing with the union.
He got hired at Belle & came from Huntahh when Peak Resorts Inc was running it.

Yeah and here's another example of great leadership; Auntie Em is now the Interim GM at Belle... (kinda like the Gore GM-ya know, absolutely no experience running a ski area). Can't make this shit up!🤷‍♂️ 🤫 🦴:poop::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Bruce was the snowmaking hero of Whiteface last year, and of Gore earlier this year, but what kind of manager is he? He was VP and therefore responsible for Gore operations from the beginning of the season. Why did he let it get so bad at Gore? Were the Gore on site managers not telling him the truth? It all points to ORDA management and leadership failures.

This is especially distressing because Transue seemed to be the only person in all of ORDA who knew how to make snow. Another example of ORDA leadership failure?
