Meanwhile - NNJ 2:50pm and 43F - clear skies with the sun getting higher every day. Another day in the 40s during what used to be the coldest part of the winter. The ground is still not frozen.

Wow. That's incredible for your area. We joke around that we no longer need to move from NJ to Virginia or NC for moderate weather in retirement - it seems we are already there.

Yeah it sucks ,I moved to the Adirondacks to get away from Jersey winters and WHAT? here we are!!

The Creeks are high but there’s not nearly as much snow in the woods as "normal".
