The Creeks are high but there’s not nearly as much snow in the woods as "normal".

I keep getting pictures thrown at me from FB and the Google pictures app. Normally, I would have a foot or two of snow on the ground. Not now.

Meanwhile Nova Scotia got dumped on and people are digging out after about 5 feet of snow. Hasn't happened since 2004.

Was talking about the risks Sunday with my friend who grew up there.
He lived in Southern Cal later on for years & was born there.
With the wind storms knocking down trees&branches the risk increases.

I can virtually guarantee some type of snow event ~3/12. How do I know this? It's typically what happens when I have a flight out of town
