Winter Weather 22/23

It's raining heavily in the Capital District. When this mess freezes later today, it's going to suck.

This rain and forecast into next week is a catastrophe for skiing.

Seems like I remember even as little as a decade back when having most trails open between Christmas and New Year at my home mountain, Bristol, was pretty much a given. Just doesn't seem to happen anymore.
 
Bomb cyclone flash freeze. Rain in the morning getting cold this afternoon. I guess it just doesn't get the same ring
 
The Gore webcams don't look like a washout, and it's gonna get cold for a few days. Is the rain almost over? Maybe it won't be too bad.
