It’s snowing lightly outside Cuse. No wind.
After the thaw freeze-up, it’s like putting a little shuffleboard powder down to reduce friction.

Let's pray the Thursday storm zigs instead of zags, or this could be a very damaging snow melt event.

Since it's valentines day, remember this fun storm? I sure do.

What do we think does the high pressure out west finally break down over the second half of Feb bringing some much-needed moisture in? I'm thinking about a strike mission to anywhere in the country next week with very cheap flights to the PNW or the southwest. Tough to get a read on conditions though if it would even be worth it with all the warmth and subsequent ice leading up to the next snowfalls.

It's definitely looking better... We may try and sneak another trip in March :)

Fullish moon coming up on a walk the dog outback walk.
Only sunk into the snow <2" at most.
Guessin ya wouldn’t need much force in a turn to ski it.
Snowmobile trails were boilerplate.
Cold, no wind.

Anyone think Wednesday is a good day to break out midweek in the Adirondacks? Cold as hell the next day+, then Wednesday is in the 40s, followed by rain? Rain? And in the 50s? Wtf?

Trying to get a couple hours in before the rain and school break next week. Thinking Wednesday is best. (no sh1t, right?)
