Where are you skiing this week?

For real, knees shmees. Suck that hernia in and have at it.
Spring skiing and no bumps? Blasphemy!
Sheesh.

To clarify, I asked if they did Lies or Rumor, (aka the big bump runs)? He said no.
They went over, around and through some dang bumps (just not on Lies or Rumor).
Kinda hard not to whenits summertime skiing.
Those old dawgs both like to & can rip.

Have to decide for Sat-Mon!

Option one is A Basin/Copper Mt. (Ikon trip). Front range should see 18+/- inches through Fri am with generally cold temps up high. So, head for CO and hope for some wintry powder high alpine turns?

Option 2 is Snowbird (with a little exploring to now-closed Alta perhaps) in full on spring conditions of a 900 inch season.

I think I’m sticking with CO as booked. Sat should see some powder leftovers, Sunday should start soft up high from the new snow through Fri and get softer as it warms. While Monday may start off crunchy after a re-freeze, there will be plenty of soft spring turns as the day wears on. Last chance for a few winter turns. Snowbird will be there in May!

The Colorado trip should be fun especially this time of year.

Lot’s of snow still.
Stay hydrated.

And it looks like its going to be a great day there today! Heavy snow falling on those webcam shots!

Been 2 weeks since I was at Breck. Drove through zero/low visibility conditions and woke up to a powder day. Felt like a kid on Christmas day lol. Breck was powder, sun, and spring conditions spread across 3 days. Do it all over this weekend if I could!
