Where are you skiing this week?

Just back from from out of town and trying to decide on Belleayre or Mount Snow, either tomorrow Thursday or this weekend when it's supposed to be a bit colder. Mount Snow looks colder overall and the coverage was great there last time I went 3/28. Belleayre has $25 / $45 tickets if you show a have season pass from another mountain. I've heard the upper mountain has been great but the lower mountain return to the gondola has been rough. Anyone been recently? Do they have any other lifts open that avoid the gondola?

It's probably going to be nothing more for me this week for me, but my best chance is something "on the way" to Ithaca, where I need to be on Thursday evening. The only reasonable option is probably Belleayre, kind of waiting to hear from those on here who might be there on Wednesday to get a sense if it's worth the extra drive time it would add and the expense for a lift ticket. If I had enough energy, I'd consider shooting up to Whiteface in the morning, but a 5-hour drive afterward to Ithaca, followed by two busy work days at a conference there is probably too much.

Headed to Breckenridge this weekend. First time for me, meeting some friends for what looks to be a mix of snow on Friday and spring conditions Sat-Mon.
Have fun! Fond memories of Breck, my first trip out West way back in the day. Back then you had to hoof it up to the Lake Chutes. There’s some good “sidecountry” (I hate that term, it’s all backcountry and should be treated as such) from the lifts, just be smart and safe if you explore!

I was at Mt. Snow this past Sunday. Coverage was still great, and the place was empty. They only had 2 lifts open (Bluebird & the one leading to the Northface) plus one at Carinthia. I'm heading to Killington on Saturday and hopefully Gore on Sunday for the final runs of the season.

The boys are going to Gore again tomorrow. I’ll get a report for how it was. I’ll be chasing the dang white ball.
Gore and Whiteface are selling tickets till Sunday.
Belleayre has ‘em till Saturday.

Headed to Belleayre tomorrow morning. To answer my own question:

"We will be sliding down 35 trails across 107 acres with the best spring snow conditions under our feet. We will be making laps on the Catskill Thunder Gondola, Belleayre Express, and Lift #8 for us to explore the 12 miles of open terrain. Please note that at this time we only have intermediate and advanced terrain available. The snowcats will be out on the mountain during the overnight hours on a few select trails..."

Hitting Tobago on Saturday, I'm guessing the snow conditions will suck.

Drove past Killington and Pico on way home from Stowe. Looked like a lot of snow coverage from what I could see from the road (Pico is literally right on the road). Pico may be closed now but I think you will be in good shape.
