Where are you skiing this week?

I am heading back home to NY and skiing Gore for the first time in 10 years on Thursday and Friday. Too bad the real cold air couldn't hold off for one more day.

Thursday should be fine.
Might wanna chill out on the Gondola for some rides up if it’s windy Friday.
Bundle up, bring warmers, face mask, have fun.

I'm heading to Maine this weekend. Plan is (was) to ski Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Saturdays high is -11F and breezy.

The gondola is definitely in the plan along with my heated vest under my jacket. for Friday. I am also hoping that with the different pods we can find one where the wind may not be much of an issue

If ya do trees there’s folks on here that can help ya with that.
The deer bed in the pines and cedars for a reason when it gets cold&windy.

I just want it to run all the way to the tippy top like it used to.
Did you ever ride the red gondola? It was great if you were alone with your girlfriend, but it was like a 35 minute ride. Also, you wouldn't have Topridge if they had replaced it to the top. Even when it was there it was still one and done, even more than the new gondola. We mostly stayed at the top and did laps on Straightbook the Summit chair. Is it that hard to ski Uncas or Wood In to get to those lifts?
