When will your home mountain start selling passes for next year?

I'm getting email about passes for next season, 2024-25. In the southeast, some places start selling passes in March or early April since the season is over by mid-March. Used to be some would wait until the fall but now I think all do some sales in the spring and late summer.

Ikon has a few resorts offering spring skiing starting early April 2024 for people who buy Ikon for 2024-25. The catch phrase is "Get Buy Now, Ride Now" and includes Tremblant and Stratton. Ikon typically goes on sale in early March.

What about New York?

I think SKI3 goes on sale sometime in March. Not sure about Plattekill.

I think it's a smart move.

Of course skiers who buy a pass to that mountain every year won't use it, so it's designed to bring it new skiers.

I love the fact that Gore's best price deadline is so late. Early August. That really helps me.

Lab/Song started their’s ~Feb 12th.

It ain’t my home but Mt Rose near Tahoe was probably the 1st to offer, ~Feb 1st.

Follow up question . . . do any of the NY season passes include spring skiing for new pass holders?

Berkshire East/Catamount has a Spring Pass for $149 that is good starting March 1. $75 credit can be applied to a 2024-25 season pass that's bought before March 31. Pretty sure that idea has been around for a while, even before Catamount was bought.
