When will your home mountain start selling passes for next year?

"do any of the NY season passes include spring skiing for new pass holders?"

Windham did two seasons ago. Not sure about now.

As I browse through old email it looks like Bristol is around 3/15 with lowest pricing until about 4/15. That's for all types of season products.

I don't think if you buy a seasons pass for next year that it's good for the balance of this season.

For next year instead of buying a 12 visit card pack I'll be splitting it with a friend. Bad winters combined with waining interest in the same mountain over and over leaves me with less desire for my local mountain.

Will definitely be buying Ikon again for trips. Plus my wife primarily only wants to ski in the west now since she got a taste. God I created a monster 😁

Doesn't look like it.

I hate the new website.

Interesting, Discovery in MT has a sale for next season's pass the first two weeks of March. For an adult $469 instead of $665 unlimited or $389 weekday instead of $510. Discovery moved to RFID for 2021-22.

Someone who gets a new pass for 2024-25 can use it for the rest of the 2023-24 season.

I'm getting email about passes for next season, 2024-25. In the southeast, some places start selling passes in March or early April since the season is over by mid-March. Used to be some would wait until the fall but now I think all do some sales in the spring and late summer.

Ikon has a few resorts offering spring skiing starting early April 2024 for people who buy Ikon for 2024-25. The catch phrase is "Get Buy Now, Ride Now" and includes Tremblant and Stratton. Ikon typically goes on sale in early March.

What about New York?
Interesting. Last year they gave you sugarbush. We bought and skied a day on it.

Not New York, but close: Mountain Creek put out its 24/25 passes Thursday morning. About $315 after taxes/fees for the rest of this season and all next, which I think is cheaper than what will be available in the fall. Initially released 1000 and the site couldn't handle demand. They released another 1000 Thursday evening, they were gone by Saturday.

No price yet for Windham, but they are including an uphill season pass with purchase. Not much of a savings, but it is convenient as I always have trouble getting over to the office early season to purchase one. Passes go on sale 3/8.
