So it inspired me to dig deep in the garage, pump up the tires and take a rip on the old whip. Handed down from my three sisters and then slightly modified, I used to soar on this thing.

bikes and courses have changed alot!Someone clearly hasn't been keeping up with WC XC racing the past 5 years. The Crans-Montana course this year was downright nutty. XC ain't what it used to be, with bikes as good as they've gotten and bike handling skills having improved quite a bit XC courses are arguably becoming more interesting than DH tracks which on the contrary all seem to be turning into smoothed out high-speed motorways.
