The Ugh Thread

The dreaded 'rona.

ugh is right, separated both L & R AC joints a few times and now have the ugliest shoulder you've ever seen lol. Over the summer I took a somewhat benign mtb spill on to my left side and somehow hyperextended the right AC joint, MF'er just doesn't want to heal... rest up, let it heal then strengthen 'er up!
 
LOL, 😁 I've been "doing my research" on AC joint injuries. Hoping this is on the milder end of the scale.
 
So my band had a Christmas show on Saturday. An hour before we went on stage, the harmonica player had a stroke. Fortunately, our singer is a registered nurse and sussed what was happening. Cops showed up in 30 seconds, EMTs soon after. We think he's gonna be OK.

But he was tech averse and had no contact info on his mobile phone, took 36 hours to notify his family.

PSA, if you haven't loaded emergency contact info on your mobile phone, do it now.

EDIT: pay it forward, tell everyone in your circle.

Thanks for sharing. I hadn’t filled my information on my own phone. My wife and I did that together.
