The Sand Trap: for Players, Hackers and Duffers

First time out this season played the longer Riverside course pretty happy shot a 39 with five pars .


The thing is after having gone through what I've been through for the last 4 months, my average drive today on the par 4/5's was 254 yds which surprised the crap out of me . Gonna be 80 yrs old Thursday

I figured I'd be damn lucky to shoot in the high 40s I'm still pinching myself.

Won a buck for least putts & had a no putt birdie on a par 3.

Duffner is a hoot ,so incredibly weirded out ( the old thing with him sitting on the floor " Duffnering " spaced out ) while chit is happening
 
Geez Louis. How is it you old geezers drive it so far. Lol. 42/45 OC won 15 in Sundays game. I'm a once a weekend guy.

Courses are drying out a bit in CNY so the ball rolls some more now.
Swing hard & hit it with the middle of the club face.
