Sweet Cars and Trucks

It's actually a Camry under there.

No actually I'm not sure what that is. It's a new one, on cruise night.

That bad boy had me fooled. Looked like an authentic Auburn.

Lola Mk 3B at the Boonton car show a few weeks ago. Impressive vehicle, but I gotta wonder whether this is a kit / repro.

It's got left-hand drive, uncharacteristic for an English race car. Motor is a Stroker 383, a crate engine, rather than the Chevy. And the owner said he drove it there.

Unfortunately, the web site doesn't like the other images I have of this bad boy.

Awesome, except, with 900 miles on the clock, this will remain a statue in somebody's garage.
It certainly could. The guy who owns it is a friend of mine, he specializes in high end sports cars. He bought it from the original owner. He also told me the guy had an amazing collection, each car he looked at was nicer than the last. The reason he sold it was because he needed room to buy another ride. My buddy did drive it, but only for 100 miles. I don't know how you could own a car like that and not drive it, I know I would have to. Who knows, maybe the next owner will drive the snot out of it.

An interesting side note. This car has more than 50K in upgrades done by Shelby America, and he has all the receipts.
