I didn’t boil this year, didn’t even set a tap. I did make it though, to the Fresh Air Fund’s 20th Annual Sugar Maple Celebration at Sharpe Reservation.
Always a nice time there with demonstrations, vendors and of course, tastings. It seems to get a little bigger each year. Sugar season is winding down. The sap is getting buddy.
