Skiing's Future

Skiing will remain no matter what, with artificial surfaces and lots of park skiing at the center etc.

Around the time the oil runs out, there will still be natural snow in my opinion, but not much of it. That's 50 to 70 years if there is no reduction in usage last I checked.

I feel like this is a good time to point out...

CHINA! Billions and billions!

Sorry east coast skiers about this winter weather out there. There’s still time for a pattern shift but it’s not feeling so likely as of now.

I think it’s pretty obvious though how weather extremes are going to eventually impact the ski industry. If things continue like this and become more and more extreme skiing, or the lack of won’t be our most imperative concern.

Scientific reports released in several media over the last several days by a team of researchers at BYU indicate that the Great salt Lake in Utah will Dry up within the next 5 years.

Photos released in the report were absolutely shocking. The agricultural economic and environmental impact in the state of Utah will be dire

Warp, you should see what developers are doing in Phoenix. It’s insanity with absolutely no foresight

I wonder if this current winter will set back their five year prediction for the SL?
