Being this is a ski board - if I am going to live in a place like Herkimer when I am retired, there better be some skiing within 15 minutes. The Lab/Tog/Song/Greek area would be enough to make me happy, as long as I am not spending more than 15 minutes to one of them.

It's pretty sweet not having to drive.

Lets just say here in Utica, we don't go to Herkimer haha. I'm only 20 minutes down the road from Herkimer but in much better area. I always liked this piece of a art i saw in a bar once....
