The Authority put out a blurb on the retroactive authorization with historical dates.

Common sense would tell a person this trail approval should happen. The trail system will do nothing but improve the economy and help those who live there.
I feel the same way about the snowmobile connector trail that PTA completely halted.
ORDA gets millions of dollars from tax payers.
Snowmobile trail systems cost NYS nothing as it's funded by registration money. It's run by clubs and their volunteers.
