Nice , this makes me wish I didn’t hit the snooze button!
Cool clinicGood. 4 people in my Tele group, 10 people in the alpine “trees & steeps” clinic. First time skiing platty for lots of people in that group. They loved it.
Definitely a good $$$$ day for Laz. The bar & food lines were packed.
I am sure it didn't ski crowded but I have never seen that many people at Platty, except maybe the time there was a three foot storm and Belle and Hunter had no power. (You could tell the Hunter crew, they were wizzing past my 6 year old son within 2 feet on the friggin double line).
I can’t tell you how many people I saw slip and almost tumble down the stairs. He’s gonna loose his business cause of themNot ski related
They must do something about the stairs leading up to the bar.
Were they coming in and/or leaving? Slips, trips and falls are no joke.I can’t tell you how many people I saw slip and almost tumble down the stairs. He’s gonna loose his business cause of them
It turns out they did sell out the chicken dinners btw. Big success again this yearYes
They could sell out theoretically of course
Hey, just in case your friend didn’t make it last weekend, now (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) is the time.Have a friend considering skiing Hunter on Friday. He's never been to Plattekill. Do current conditions warrant me suggesting he check it out instead of Hunter? He boards, likes trees, steeps, bumps but not icy stuff.
I'm thinking this too. Maybe a mini, and gig Sat night.Hey, just in case your friend didn’t make it last weekend, now (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) is the time.
