ORDA's Biggest Mistakes

Seems ORDA’s dude talked about pumping stuff to Front Street’s system this summer so something exists. Who knows? Check out the TOJ Comp Plan Utube.

Anybody ever see a UMP containing the new lodge?

They made Front Street do an Environmental Impact Statement for their project.
Front Street has had APA approvals since 2008. Out of a potential 300 plus units, Front Street has built around 8 townhomes since the 2008 approval. Front Street does have their own plan for sewage processing. ORDA knew this was just a plan. ORDA still went and built the Ski Bowl Lodge despite no sewage system available from Front Street or North Creek.
Here is a quote from Front Street's David Crikelair from Jan 14,2025:

"And David Crikelair, head of Front Street Mountain Development, said he hopes to build a 120-room hotel near the Ski Bowl Lodge and would prefer to hook into a municipal system. He said the hotel project is tied to whether the Ski Bowl project is a hit."

Looks like front street likes it better if they hook into ordas system. I'll guessing that hotel will be fairly profitable
