One reason this transition has taken so long, and it has been years, is because we'd held out hope that we could migrate the old content from Nabble. Sadly, that has proven to be very difficult.
We had to make the jump to something new now, without a migration, because Nabble has indicated that the end is near.
There is still a slim chance we can figure out something. We found one of the old Nabble developers who, for a fee, is trying to stand the old forum up on another server, with the goal of writing some kind of forum importer.
We started this thread two years ago, because it is possible to "manually" move threads over to the new forum:
You may have noticed that some have been doing this in the TR forum.
The venerable Tales from the Hinterland, is going to present a challenge, because there is so much there.
