New Member Intro

Got lace up leather ski boots, skis and cubco bindings one Christmas in high school. First run down with those rockets one night at Song had me bailing out in the parking so as not to dent the cars or myself. It’s been all uphill since then...

Well my name is Chris and I've been lurking on this site for awhile. My father taught my brother and I to ski when we were young. He took us explore many northeast areas and it was great. Blew out a knee when was 18 and took a 16 year hiatus. Got back in and have been mostly Hunter, Gore, and Plattekill but only Fridays as a midweek only skier. Hope to make a positive contribution to this board as it seems to be a great group of people.

#FKNA welcome Zy.

LOL

My Dad had the same setup ---- I remember damn near cutting my finger off goofing around with those dang cubco bindings. Those things were viscous.

Thanks for the warm intros. Warp Daddy I think I've skied and hiked some up your way in recent years. Tug hill, Fulton four chain area? Correct me if I'm mistaken. If so you've probably seen this sign.
